Karoti zikize kuri  za vitamine n’imyunyungugu bitandukanye uruhu rwacu rukenera kugirango rucye, rworohe kandi ruse neza ndetse inakora ku bantu bose baba abafite uruhu rwirabura ndetse n’abafite uruhu rwera.

Muri izo ntungamubiri harimo :

·        Bêta carotène (Betakarotene) iyi ikaba ari yo ihinduka Vitamine A iyo imaze kugera mu mubiri

·        Vitamine A ifasha ku misatsi, ku nzara no ku ruhu, kubura vitamine A bitera kugira uruhu rwumagaye

·        vitamine B3, B5, B6 na B9 zose zifatanyiriza hamwe mu kongera ubwiza bw’uruhu

·        vitamine C irwanya gusaza k’uruhu

·        vitamine E yongerera uruhu itoto, ikarurinda kubyimbirwa no kwangizwa n’imirasire y’izuba

·        Harimo kandi carotène (Karotene) irinda uruhu kwangizwa n’imirasire y’izuba.

3.  UMUTOBE WA KAROTI

·  Aha bisaba kuba ufite akuma gakora imitobe (Jus)kugirango ubashe gukora umutobe wa karoti

· Ufate karoti ukazishyira muri mixeur cg juicer ubundi ukazisya, ugasukamo amazi ashyushye macye kugirango ubone umutobe umeze neza, ukongera ugasya

·  Iyo bimaze kwivanga urabireka bigahora, ubundi umutobe ukaba urabonetse

·  Wusuke mu kantu gapfundikirwa gafite isuku ubike umutobe wawe muri firigo aho wawukoresha mu gihe cy’icyumweru utarangirika.
